Free and royalty-free background tracks, curated ahead of Assembly (stage 7) -- that's the stage that will actually mix a track under narration, so for now this is just search/import/tag.

Not wired up: Jamendo -- it has a real API too, but its free tier's own terms restrict it to non-commercial use, which a monetized channel doesn't qualify for.
